Detox Antioxidant Burner Matcha Tea 20x10-8gr / 10 Boxes
- Ingredients : Green Tea (Matcha) 70%, Spirulina, Senna (Sinemaki), Strawberry Aroma (Sweetener From Aroma)
- 1 Box- 20 Pieces x 10-8gr Chassis.
- 1 Box: Between 160-200gr.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a dry and cool environment away from sunlight.
RETURN PROCESS
The following procedures are applied when you want to return the product or products you ordered through matchapremiumjapanese.com for any reason after they are received.
Within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order, you must send your return request to our Customer Services by phone at 0212 438 30 38 or by e- mail to matchapremiumjapanese@gmail.com.
After your return reaches our company, our customer service will contact you and complete the return process as soon as possible.
Things to pay attention to in returns:
- It must be unused and its packaging undamaged.
- In return transactions, the products must be sent to us together with the original invoice copies with a letter explaining the reason for the return.
- Our company is the E-Invoice Contractor. (Your invoices are sent to your e-mail address as pdf.)
- Returns sent by any cargo company other than the cargo companies we work with cannot be accepted by us.
After your return reaches our warehouse, an information e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail addresses as soon as possible.
Following the confirmation of your return, you will be notified via e-mail and the product price will be refunded within 7 working days in the same way you choose the credit type of payment.
In the case of credit card refunds, since there is a communication time between the bank systems, the refunded amount will be reflected on your card within 24 - 48 hours.
If your refund does not appear in your account, we recommend that you contact your bank first.
When receiving your order from the cargo company, the packages should be opened and checked, and in case of any problem (broken product, missing product, torn product, etc.), the products should be sent to us by the cargo company by keeping a report.
DELIVERY TERMS
Is there a Door to Door Payment on Delivery? What does it cost?
Our Cash on Delivery method has not been activated yet.
When will my order be shipped?
Your orders delivered until 15:00 on Monday - Friday will be delivered to cargo within 24 hours.
Since Saturday cargo companies work half day, orders delivered until 10:00 are shipped on the same day or on Monday.
Orders placed after 10:00 on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Your cargo tracking code for your order delivered to the cargo is sent to your registered e-mail addresses within 24 hours.
Can I change the delivery address information of my order?
We kindly request you to send your request to change the delivery address of your order to our address matchapremiumjapanese@gmail.com or by contacting our customer service via our number 0212 438 30 38.
Since your orders are shipped the same day, this change must be completed as soon as possible.
The cargo company leaves a note stating that you can get your package from the nearest branch, if you cannot find it at your address.
You can receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
If you do not contact within 3 days, the functioning of the cargo companies is that your order turns into an automatic refund.
When you receive the shipping note, we recommend that you contact the Cargo company or Matcha Premium Japanese Customer Service team so that it does not turn into an automatic refund.
How Many Days Does Cargo Arrive?
Your product will be delivered to the courier company to be delivered to you within 2-3 business days following your order.
Your orders are dispatched from our Esenler warehouse in Istanbul.
Average cargo delivery times?
- Cargo companies deliver your package in 1 day up to 600 km from Istanbul, and in 2 working days after 600 km.
- Delivery is made on a half-day basis on Saturday. However, cargo companies do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Note: Due to the shipping system of your region, there may be differences in the delivery of the product to you.
There may be delays in the delivery of your package due to force majeure (snow, flood, hurricane and other situations that create transportation difficulties).
Cargo companies delivery days?
Cargo delivery is made between 09.00-18.00 through the courier company you have chosen.
Since cargo companies work half day on Saturdays, deliveries are made until 12:00.
Cargo companies do not work on Sundays.
